GENERAL INFORMATION

VERY IMPORTANT:

ANY PLAYER CHANGES AFTER A TEAM HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND PAID FOR WILL INCUR A FEE.

ANY PLAYER ADDITION UP TO APRIL 5th WILL NOT INCUR A FEE.

ALL PLAYER ADDITIONS AFTER APRIL 5th WILL INCUR A FEE.

Team captains may make player substitutions of any sort (i.e. to add a player, replace a player who has been injured or for other similar reasons).

Through April 5, 2011 ($30 Fee per change/add):
Player changes/additions of any sort (see 'Change Criteria - Before April 5, 2011 section below) will be accepted ONLINE only at www.hoopatlanta.com.

Through April 14, 2011 ($30 Fee per change/add):
Player changes/additions fitting the team profile (see section 'Change Criteria - After April 5, 2011 below) will be accepted ONLINE only at www.hoopatlanta.com.

April 23, 2011 ($35 Fee per change/add):
Player changes fitting the team profile (see section 'Change Criteria - On April 23, 2011 below) will be accepted at the HOOPATLANTA Registration Desk in the Georgia World Congress Center (A1-A2) from 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.

Team Changes (Terms & Conditions)

If you would like to add or replace a team member after your team registration has been processed, your team captain should complete an online player change form.
(Change Criteria - Before April 5th) Before April 5th, a player change/addition may be made regardless of the heights, ages, grades or playing experiences of the other team players.
(Change Criteria - April 5th – April 14th) Form April 5th - April 14th, any new or replacement player must fit the team profile such that the new player may not be taller than the tallest team player or younger than the youngest team player. Playing experience should also match that of the deleted player. HOOPATLANTA reserves the right to reject any player change or addition which does not fit the team profile and bracket as determined by HOOPATLANTA representatives.

Each HOOPATLANTA 3-on-3 team may have three or four team members. Each Dads & Daughters 2-on-2 team may only have two members.
Only the designated Team Captain may submit a Player Change/Add form online.
Payment MUST be made at the time the Player Change/Add form is submitted online.
Up to April 14th all Player Change/Add forms must be competed online.
Each player change made through April 14th will incur a $30 Fee.
Each player addition made from April 5th – April 14th will incur a $30 Fee.
Each player change made on April 23rd will incur a $35 Fee.
Teams found using a player who has not been officially added to the team will be immediately disqualified.
No refunds will be granted to teams who have made a Player Change/Add.
